How do I get notified of new tenders?
Register as an ATLINE approved supplier through our Procurement portal. Registered suppliers receive direct email notifications for all new tender invitations matching their service categories.
Is there a tender deposit or participation fee?
Selected tenders may require a tender document fee or performance bond. All requirements are detailed in the individual tender document. Most routine tenders carry no participation fee.
Can foreign companies participate?
Government-related tenders are open to Malaysian-registered companies only, in compliance with MAMPU and MOF guidelines. Private sector tenders may accept foreign entities — refer to individual tender conditions.
What is the typical evaluation period?
Evaluation typically takes 4–8 weeks after tender closing date, depending on complexity. Shortlisted bidders will be contacted for clarification or presentation if required.
